Journey into astrology

Mira encountered astrology in her late teens through a chance reading that mapped a major life crossroads with uncanny accuracy. What began as curiosity became a fifteen-year apprenticeship: studying classical Western horoscopy under traditional teachers, then deepening into Vedic methods during a residency in Mumbai.

She earned her professional certification at the London-based Faculty of Astrological Studies and continued postgraduate work with practitioners in Saint Petersburg, where she focused on psychological astrology and chart synthesis. Her work today bridges classical chart mechanics with contemporary depth psychology.

Methodology

Mira's readings start with the full birth chart — never just sun-sign generalisations. She reads houses, angles, aspect patterns, declinations and progressions together, treating each chart as a single integrated pattern rather than a list of placements.

She prefers Placidus houses for natal work but switches to Whole Sign for life-cycle analysis. For relationship work, she combines traditional synastry with composite and Davison charts. For predictive work: secondary progressions, solar arcs, and outer-planet transits to natal angles.
