These Terms of Service govern the use of the AstroMya website (astromya.com) and the purchase of paid services. By using the Service or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

AstroMya provides online astrological calculation services, including natal charts, synastry analysis, transit forecasts, solar returns, progressions, compatibility reports, and other tools. Basic calculations are available for free. Full access to detailed interpretations, PDF downloads, and advanced features requires a paid subscription.

2. Subscription Plans and Pricing

We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans. Current prices are displayed on the pricing page. Prices may vary depending on the selected currency (USD, EUR, RUB).

Subscriptions are purchased as one-time payments for the selected period. There is no automatic renewal — when the subscription period ends, access to premium features is suspended until you manually purchase a new subscription.

We reserve the right to modify pricing. Any changes will not affect active subscriptions and will only apply to new purchases.

3. Payment

Payment is processed at the time of purchase. You will be redirected to a secure payment page where you can complete the transaction using available payment methods (bank card, SBP, PayPal, or other methods depending on your region and currency).

We do not store your payment card details. All payment information is processed directly by the payment provider (Lava.top). We are not responsible for payment processing errors caused by third-party payment systems.

4. What You Get

A paid subscription provides access to:

• Full detailed interpretations for all chart placements (planets in signs, houses, aspects, special points)
• Synastry and composite chart analysis
• Transit calendar with interpretations
• Solar return and secondary progressions
• AstroCartoGraphy, cosmic twins, energy map
• PDF report generation and download
• Unlimited saved chart profiles

Free users have access to basic natal chart calculations with summary interpretations.

5. Refund Policy

Since the Service provides instant access to digital content upon purchase, refunds are generally not provided once you have accessed premium content. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us at support@astromya.com and we will review your case individually.

6. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You agree not to share your account or subscription with third parties
• You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or in a way that could harm the Service or other users
• You agree not to scrape, copy, or reproduce the content or calculations of the Service

7. Limitation of Liability

AstroMya provides astrological calculations and interpretations for informational and entertainment purposes only. The Service does not provide medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. We are not responsible for decisions made based on the information provided by the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms
